Our new centre at Mt Gravatt East has been built in conjunction with the Brisbane City Council and will be the first of our centres to have public access. The centre is situated within the grounds of the Mt Gravatt East State School at the intersection of Newham and Wecker Roads Mt Gravatt.

With approximately $7 million being spent on this facility by the Brisbane City Council it sets a new bench mark for local community aquatic facilities.

The indoor heated pool has been purpose built by Sam Riley Swim Schools to provide the perfect teaching and learning environment. Combine that with a specially designed kids play area, hydrotherapy/wheelchair ramp into the pool with spa seat and a large area dedicated for hydrotherapy use at all times, this centre boasts wonderful facilities for the whole community.

In addition to the indoor pool the centre also boasts a 6 lane 25 metre heated outdoor pool that will offer lap swimming, aqua aerobics and squad programs all year round.

The wonderful facilities provided in this centre don't stop there with a kids exercise room projected to offer dance, ballet, developmental based programs, yoga and plenty of other wonderful programs to get kids and their families active and healthy. We also have large, clean, heated change rooms, family change rooms, function and meeting rooms, a swim shop and cafe so that you can enjoy watching your kids and family have fun while you sit back and relax in the peaceful surroundings.

At Mt Gravatt East Pool there is a 120sq/m room for hire 7 days a week as well as a smaller 80sq/m room with 2 x Plasma TV and A/C also.  This is a very well presented airconditioned room that can be use for any occasion.  Chairs and tables can be provided on request and other equipment can be bought in to cater for your next function.  There is also a fully functional cafe on site that can also be hired with your event.
