David Noonan

Training partners in the early 90's, Sam joined forces with existing Swim School owner and operator David Noonan to start Sam Riley Swim Schools, a passion that they both shared through their swimming days. Having owned and operated the largest learn to swim program in South East Queensland, David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, not only in learn to swim, but also having previously worked as the Managing Director for a family service station business that employed over 60 staff.
David is actively involved in strategic planning groups with Swim Australia and a regular presenter at annual Swim Australia Conventions.
David's role within the business is Managing Director. David's position involves overseeing and maintaining the very high level of professionalism, consistency and quality in each swim school on a day to day basis. David also actively works with Sam and the rest of the Management team to ensure this high level of integrity and professionalism is maintained in accordance with the increasing growth of the company.

Sue has been with Sam Riley Swim Schools for 5 years in various roles from Learn to Swim Teacher, Infant Programme Co-ordinator, Swim School Manager and now a role which covers administration of our direct debit payment system and overdue accounts. With her wealth of knowledge of the day to day running of a Sam Riley Swim School Sue‘s understanding of our programme and administration issues is extensive. Her customer service background in hospitality and small business brings a “can do” attitude when working with both children and parents – an experienced, professional and passionate member of the team at Sam Riley Swim Schools.

Trish plays a unique role within the business firstly as Customer Service Manager at the Springwood pool and now as Swim School Manager. Her role is to provide the best customer service available in the industry to all of our clients and staff. Trish strives to give customers the information they require so they can make an informed decision about their child’s learn to swim requirements.
Trish has over eight years experience in this industry firstly as a learn to swim teacher and over the last six years completely running a swim school facility as Centre Supervisor.
Trish has a extreme passion for all areas of the Learn to Swim environment and thrives on the daily contact and building relationships with parents and children who put their trust in us to deliver a quality program.

Amanda is the Swim School Manager for our Everton Hills Swim School. Amanda has been involved in the swimming industry in Queensland in one way or another since the age of 2. Starting off learning to swim, becoming a competitive swimmer, now being a learn to swim instructor and Swim School Manager. Amanda loves being involved in the industry and is very passionate about being able to provide children with vital skills that may just save there life one day.

Rebeccah holds the position of Program Coordinator at the Everton Hills Swim School, and has worked her way up from Learn to Swim teacher. Rebeccah is a qualified school teacher who is passionate about children’s emotional and physical growth through swimming. Rebeccah believes in the nurturing of each child, as they learn new skills and grow through the program's different levels. Rebeccah brings to our school, a wealth of knowledge and practical experience, and sincerity when dealing with customers.
