Group and one on one Personal Training
Group PT and 1 on 1 PT is now available at Sam Riley Swim Schools. Whether it be that Bootcamp type attitude that motivates you or that more personal 1 on 1 consultation and guidance type approach - it is now all available at each of our centres. All clients are treated to a full consultation that includes an analysis and full body composition as well as nutritional evaluation and lifestyle discussion.
From this a specific plan will be written that aims to personally assist you to reach your initial short term goals whilst constantly being re-assessed and new goals set. All personal training clients are guaranteed results* and can rest assured that the service offered by H20 Health & Fitness staff is world class.
Todd Howard (Exercise Physiologist) is a world recognised Fitness Professional with extensive experience in Weight loss, Nutrition (children and adults), Pregnancy and Fitness, Diabetic clients as well as general fitness. Todd has worked all over the world and most recently with the Royal Family in the UAE and is well recognised as a public speaker and professional in this field. Todd is the resident PT on Brisbane Radio and often features in the media with new and exciting successes in the Health and Fitness field.

Aqua Fitness and Gentle Aqua
If you’re looking for a good all-round form of aerobic exercise why not try Aqua Aerobics and Gentle Aqua. Jogging, walking, upper limb strengthening underwater in a pool not only strengthens the lower and upper limb muscles but also aids in the stabilisation of joint and the added benefit of being non weight bearing is great for those clients who have arthritis and joint related injuries. All this as well as helping to develop cardio-respiratory fitness. The whole body gets a great workout all in less than 60 minutes.
Water acts as a cushion for the body's weight-bearing joints, reducing stress on muscles, tendons and ligaments. As a result, aquatic workouts are low impact and can greatly reduce the injury and strain common to most land based exercises. Come along and try one of our Aqua Fitness Classes or Gentle Aqua classes today.

Regulations for Classes:
- No need to make a booking
- Bring a friend each session
- Any age (over 16) and any level of Fitness
- No sweating and loud noises, exercise in the water and keep fresh!
- Have a great time as the classes are always heaps of fun!
- You do not have to be able to swim.
- If you’re pregnant, check with your doctor first.
- Aqua Fitness frequently helps after an injury. Check with your doctor to get a medical clearance and advise the instructor before class.
- Special Groups such as sports teams need to make a booking, a min of 10 people per special class.
- Wear togs and an old T-shirt if you want.
